In-home paediatric physiotherapy in Burlington, Oakville, and Milton

An opportunity for the physiotherapist to learn more about your child  and complete a comprehensive assessment to inform and initiate the treatment plan. 

Treatment is also initiated during an initial assessment. Treatment may include hands-on therapy, education, exercises programs, and/or positioning strategies. 

We know that meaningful, lasting change does not occur in just one hour. We always provide a simple home exercise plan to empower caregivers to continue with therapy between visits. 

60 MINUTES

At a follow up visit, the physiotherapist will re-assess your baby and progress the treatment plan. 

FEES

Our fee schedule includes travel time. Fees will be divided into travel “zones” based on ONE WAY distance from our home office.

Payment

We request payment at the time of each session by either cash, cheque or e-mail transfer. Our services are not covered under OHIP, however we provide invoices as proof of payment for extended health benefits through insurance.

Plus an additional travel fee: $0.59 per KM over 60KM one way travel 

We understand that you may need to change our cancel your appointment. To avoid a $50 cancellation fee,  we ask that you please provide 48 hours notice when making changes to your appointment. 

We are pleased to offer virtual visits to support clients who live outside our in-person catchment, or who would prefer a virtual appointment.
